• Visa application fee

• Optional tour costs

• Publishing papers in journals

 

2. Optional tours

 

Conferencing in Shanghai affords ICBEB2015 participants a wonderful opportunity to extend their stay and discover just why China is one of the most popular tourist destinations worldwide. The Conference Organizing Committee will provide a variety of optional tour programs. You can apply online and pay for optional tour to the Organizing Committee. No confirmation will be made without payment. The tour will be settled or not according to the number of applicants.

3. Confirmation

 

Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within seven (7) days after receiving your payment.

 

4. Cancellation policy

 

All cancellations must be made and received in writing.

Cancellations 50 days prior to the start of the conference will receive a full refund;

Cancellations between 49 and 3 days prior to the start of the conference will be refunded 50% of fees;

No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 3 days of the start of the conference.
