Room Reservations

For room reservations, please fill in the reservation form here and send it to our conferece email-icbeb@academicconf.com with the title "Room Reservation". A confirmation letter will be sent to you within seven days after receiving your payment.

 

Room Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made and received in writing.

Cancellations 10 days prior to the start of the conference (i.e. before 8 August, 2014) will receive a full refund.

Cancellations between 3 and 10 days prior to the start of the conference will be refunded 90% of fees.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 3 days of the start of the conference (i.e. after 14 August 2014) or no-shows.
